A plain-English record of the public BC + AI website rebuild, starting when the Next.js site became real work on May 18, 2026. The internal deployment log is still separate; this is the human version for members, staff, partners, sponsors, and future-us wondering what the hell changed.
The graph below is git history, not just hand-picked changelog entries: every square is a first-parent `origin/main` shipping day from May 18 onward, with changelog-only housekeeping left out so the counter does not count itself. Below it is the readable story, written like an operator log instead of a press release.
