BC + AI became a nonprofit because the work had grown bigger than one room. These communities are the pillars: local chapters, creative labs, education circles, policy rooms, domain tables, and philosophical deep dives where people learn, build, and belong.

Regional chapters
Vancouver is the origin point. Surrey and Comox Valley show the model travelling into different communities without flattening what makes each place specific.
Special interests
Some rooms are creative, some civic, some technical, some philosophical. Forming groups stay marked as forming until their host teams and first sessions are confirmed.
How to join
RSVP to a gathering, follow the right Luma hub, become a member, or email the association if the community you need is still forming. When a page does not have a confirmed channel yet, the fallback is intentional and visible.
If you want to organize a regional or topical room under the BC + AI umbrella, start with a plain note about the people, place, and question you want to gather around.
