You don't need to be a professional speaker — first-timers take this stage all the time. Show the thing you built, the experiment that surprised you, the question you can't shake. This is a community room, not a sales channel; product pitches fall flat, but honest work-in-progress gets the best conversations of the night. Browse past talks to get a feel for it.
