What it looks like
Real jobs, not busywork.
Most volunteering happens around the Wednesday and Thursday gatherings — daytime setup, the evening itself, teardown after. Greeting people at the door, running check-in, keeping the mics and projector honest, capturing photos and video, posting live, helping speakers stay on time. If you have a skill we haven't thought of, we want to hear about that too.
