February's Vancouver AI Community Meetup was a MAC — Mind, AI & Consciousness — takeover, opening on land, language, and AI before turning to the harder philosophical questions large language models keep raising.

Loki Jorgensen asked what consciousness even means in a world saturated with AI, Tanya Slingsby explored love, identity, and artificial intimacy as human-machine relationships become ordinary, and Fiann O'Hagan presented "The Mirror Test." Michel Leblond closed the philosophical thread by connecting panpsychism to machine consciousness.

Less a typical meetup than a room-wide seminar — robots, awareness, and the questions that don't have tidy answers yet.
