musician + technologist in vancouver. former touring bassist who recorded with steve albini, longtime systems nerd, spent a decade crawling around inside software, automation, cloud, identity + infrastructure and now mostly interested in AI, open source, creative tools, civic tech, sound and making powerful technology less inaccessible. currently following a lot of side quests involving local AI, APIs, music, and things that probably should exist but somehow don’t yet.
