I founded Sarah Downey Consulting to help mission-driven organizations adopt AI responsibly - balancing innovation with ethics, equity, and human connection. I'm especially interested in using AI to make workplaces better for people. What could that look like? Less burnout, more space for creativity, and tools that actually strengthen how we connect and collaborate.
