I worked in life sciences in the Bay Area for about 20 years before co-founding a mobile healthcare company there. After a successful exit, I returned to Canada, where I work with startups on all things pre-seed and seed, including strategy, fundraising, and operations. Many of the startups I work with are building AI-enabled healthtech tools. I'm a chemical engineer by training, and I'm also enjoying playing with new AI tools. I've developed an AI-based pitch deck evaluator called "Pitch Perfect" that I'm currently beta testing with founders and funders. I would like to chat with folks who are further down this road than I am, especially AI and tech experts. I talk about startup life and fundraising in my blog at www.steeleconsultinggroup.com. I've been to several Vancouver AI meetups, have told lots of people about them already, and am excited to be a founding member.
