Brittney Ashley is the founder and lead strategist of Creative Dynamics Virtual Services, a fractional operations and marketing firm that helps service-based founders across Canada and the U.S. get out of the day-to-day weeds and back into the work only they can do, through her CEO Offload Method. A certified business coach, Trauma of Money practitioner, and Marketing Communications grad, she pairs operational strategy with a people-first, human-in-the-loop approach to AI. Brittney sits on the WestShore Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, hosts the radio show Breaking Norms, Building Dreams, and is building tools to make AI literacy more accessible for the next generation. She works from Vancouver Island, BC, driven by a simple belief: technology should serve people, not the other way around.
