Marie Anik Paradis

I am a UX and product design leader dedicated to building meaningful, inclusive digital experiences that bridge real human needs with the potential of emerging technologies. My career has spanned agency, enterprise, government, and small business environments—including the fast-paced world of hospitality. Early on, time spent in hospitality taught me the true value of user empathy, adaptability, and anticipating unspoken needs. These lessons are the foundation of my design approach. Today, I specialize in agentic AI, developing frameworks and workflows that empower end users within B2C and public services environments—especially those seeking intuitive, self-service, and responsive digital journeys. I thrive on breaking down complexity, collaborating cross-functionally, and championing ethical, responsible AI adoption. I am constantly challenging the limits of AI to develop innovative UX strategies and to deliver solutions that make technology genuinely work for people. I also enjoy mentoring diverse teams and pushing beyond conventional boundaries to create new user experience strategies powered by AI.
