Synthesis: Vancouver AI Community Meetup Afterparty #NeurIPS

Synthesis was Vancouver AI's first late-night afterparty — an immersive NeurIPS-week experience organized with Enya Learning, Metacreation Lab, and Future Proof Creatives, built as a three-act journey rather than a conventional program.

Act one paired Latinx artist El Ángel Exterminador's performance with Lark Spartin's projection installation "Floral Genesis." Act two brought Philippe Pasquier of SFU's Metacreation Lab into a soundscape with VOT and Spartin's "Synthesis Stream." Evidence Doll closed the night with a speculative performance against Saghiaa's "Speculative Horizons."

Ticket and drink proceeds supported Enya Learning's work with newcomer students — code turned into culture for one night, right alongside the conference crowd in town for NeurIPS.
