Let’s be real: the AI conversation is exhausted.
On one side, you’ve got the boosters who act like AI will solve all our problems overnight, trained on stolen work they don’t want to talk about. On the other, the doomers who think we’re all doomed and refuse to engage with any of the actual possibilities.
Both sides are lazy. Both sides miss the point.
Kris Krüg isn’t here to pick a team. He’s here to hold two truths at once: AI has been stolen, trained on the stolen work of all mankind, full of misogyny, homophobia, racism, transphobia, and environmental devastation. AND — he’s more creative, powerful, productive, and curious than he’s ever been in his whole life.
