I started with a Computer Science degree and early consulting work with financial services firms and law firms — paper-intensive, data-critical industries where process failures are costly. That foundation shaped how I think about risk, structure, and operational discipline.
From there, I spent years inside the industries I now advise — rebuilding administration processes for an independent financial planning practice, then working as a licensed mortgage broker. Being an operator, not just a consultant, gave me a perspective most advisors don't have.
I returned to the tech side as a project manager in public sector, then moved into consulting — where I've spent 12+ years leading complex programs for provincial government, Crown Corporations, and post-secondary institutions.
I recently relocated to Vancouver and founded ArcNova Consulting Ltd. to pursue opportunities in a larger market — including helping small businesses navigate AI with the same rigour I bring to public sector.
