As a producer, she has brought hundreds of episodes to life for major clients including Netflix, Amazon, PBS, Nick Jr., Mattel, Spinmaster, and Hasbro — with beloved brands like Barbie,
Transformers, Angry Birds, Hot Wheels, Hatchimals, and Wolverine & The X-Men among her credits.
Heather is co-founder and President of Kickstart Entertainment, a Vancouver-based studio where she leads a diverse slate of original and serviced productions. Under her guidance, Kickstart has built a reputation for delivering world-class content through thoughtfully cultivated international partnerships. A natural entrepreneur, Heather recently expanded her footprint with the launch of 708 Sound Studio — a boutique voice recording and audio post facility in Vancouver's Strathcona neighbourhood, purpose-built to serve the animation industry's voiceover and sound design needs.
Beyond the studio, Heather is deeply invested in the health and growth of BC's creative sector. She serves as a board member for DigiBC, the Animation & VFX Alliance, and the Animation Career Excellerator (ACE Canada) Society, lending her voice to the industry conversations that matter most.
