Allison Pringle is a Customer Success, Services Operations, and enterprise technology leader with deep experience across SaaS, infrastructure performance management, transportation operations, and digital transformation. She has led customer-facing services teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC, supporting enterprise customers in complex, mission-critical environments.

Most recently, Allison held Regional Services Director roles with Virtual Instruments/Virtana, where she helped global customers improve visibility, performance, and resilience across data centre and hybrid infrastructure environments. Her work has included building customer success frameworks, improving onboarding and enablement practices, developing KPI-driven operating rhythms, and translating technical capability into business value.

Allison is currently pursuing an Executive MBA with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, exploring how AI can improve customer success, service delivery, operational decision-making, and human-in-the-loop business processes. She is especially interested in governed, practical AI adoption that creates measurable value for customers, teams, and organizations.
