I’m a Product Design Leader with 15+ years experience crafting AI experiences, with the last decade focused on Use Experience of Network Security products.
In my current role I am developing foundational approaches to design AI Agent experiences for the security products at Cisco Systems. I have experience planning, orchestrating, coaching and mentoring a globally distributed product design team to stay focused through competing priorities.
In the past, as a Design Strategist, I have closely partnered with Product Strategy, Product Management and Engineer Leaders across the wider organization. I have also applied design beyond pixels while running design awareness programs to increase design maturity in the security business unit through my previous role in a Design Transformation Team.
