Early on, time spent in hospitality taught me the true value of user empathy, adaptability, and anticipating unspoken needs. These lessons are the foundation of my design approach.
Today, I specialize in agentic AI, developing frameworks and workflows that empower end users within B2C and public services environments—especially those seeking intuitive, self-service, and responsive digital journeys. I thrive on breaking down complexity, collaborating cross-functionally, and championing ethical, responsible AI adoption. I am constantly challenging the limits of AI to develop innovative UX strategies and to deliver solutions that make technology genuinely work for people.
