30+ years of my Sales Journey, has brought me from selling Kirby Vacuums door to door for 10 years to running a sales team for a custom gas compression packager. Working as a Sales Enablement role, means that I support our inside Application Engineers and provide them with the ability to size, design and cost custom compression equipment. Our inside team creates technical detailed quotes for our outside sale team presents and closes. My hat changes to our outside sales field coach as I enable that team with the knowledge and training they need to close deals and prospect. Currently, I am also the "keeper of the playbook" as I build that project. I have also become our AI Champion and have been spearheading our internal AI Development, creating spaces and skill to enable my sales team to become more accurate, efficient and 20 steps ahead of our competition.
